The Governor and the Legislature are seriously considering putting a tax on every ticket to professional sporting events, shows, movies and concerts in Michigan. This so called "Luxury Tax" will cost citizens in this state another $100 million a year.
  1. Tell the Governor, the Lt. Governor, your State Representative and/or your State Senator that you oppose a tax on your family time. Ask them to oppose the Ticket Tax. Just click on the links below and send an email to the Governor or Lt. Governor (click on the "Share Your Opinion" link). The links to your State Senator and State Representative will help you locate your legislator and give you a link to their email address.
